As part of the "Big City" project in Moscow, construction is planned for a new 11-story, Class B+ business complex with a total area of 18,589 m² at 4th Magistralnaya Street, Building 4. The project, developed by the Soulstone architectural firm, will be a key component of this ambitious plan to create a world-class business cluster.

The complex will be an ensemble of 23 cubic blocks, united by usable terraces and a central atrium with a transparent dome. This spacious atrium will serve as a venue for exhibitions, conferences, and other significant events, adding a unique cultural and business dimension to the project.

One of the largest data centers in Russia, with a capacity of 45 MW, will be built next to the business complex, providing a high level of digital infrastructure and support for companies operating in the area.

The Financial and Construction Corporation has already put the business center up for sale as a single property, planning to sell it for approximately 6.7 billion rubles. Construction of the entire complex, part of the "Big City" project, is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2026, marking a significant milestone in the development of the capital's business and technology hub.
