One Tower is being built in the very center of Moscow City, on the 13th plot, located near Presnenskaya Embankment, near the Afimall City shopping center and the key towers of the business center. This plot was previously known for a water park project that was not implemented. Developer MR Group plans to complete the construction of a 101-story skyscraper with a height of about 405 meters by 2025-2026. Once commissioned, One Tower will become the tallest residential building in Europe and one of the new architectural dominants of Moscow.
