The Big City project does not have a strictly defined list of objects, as it is being developed in stages, but as of the mid-2020s, dozens of high-rise projects have been declared within its boundaries. According to the capital's authorities and analysts, apartments are already being sold in about 27 residential complexes in Big City, and at least 5 large multifunctional complexes are planned. Among them are the Beregovoy residential complex (stages 1 and 2), Sydney City and Sydney Prime, Level Prichalny, Victory Park Residences, iCITY office towers (two towers 141 and 256 m), the Light City complex (175 thousand square meters of offices), and many others. The total area of real estate that will appear in Big City by 2030 is estimated at millions of square meters - for housing, offices, and retail. Thus, Big City is dozens of new towers and buildings, turning the area around Moscow City into the largest construction site in Moscow.
