Apartments in Moscow City are of interest to residents of various countries, but the overwhelming majority of buyers are Israeli citizens. They account for approximately 38% of all international transactions.
It's worth noting the significant interest in Moscow City apartments from residents of Ukraine and Belarus, which account for 18% and 11% of total demand. Moscow City apartments also attracted interest from buyers from Norway, Kazakhstan, the Netherlands, and Germany, each accounting for 6%.
Deals are also concluded with clients from Spain and the United States (3% each). The United Kingdom rounds out the foreign deal rankings, accounting for approximately 1%.
During the sale of apartments in the Moscow International Business Center, there were sharp surges in demand and sudden drops in interest, largely due to fluctuations in the global economic situation.
As recently revealed, the family of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad has purchased approximately 20 residential properties through Lebanese offshore companies, most of which are located in the Moscow City skyscrapers. Among them, 18 apartments are located in two towers of the Capital City .
