In 2023, Moscow's World Trade Center will host the world's largest real estate event, the Moscow International Housing Congress. Over 10,000 delegates from 380 cities across Russia and the Soviet Union are expected to attend the symposium from October 16 to 20. Professionals from all corners of the world—developers, legal experts, realtors, analysts, financial consultants, IT specialists, and many others—will gather under one roof.
The congress will last five days, and its program has undergone a major update. Participants will now be able to expect 22 key topics, including new areas of focus on the primary market, developer financing strategies, and integrated territorial planning.
The event will focus on current industry issues: successful customer engagement strategies, key changes in market regulation, and innovations in management and technology. Over 750 thought leaders will speak at the event, including renowned marketer Igor Mann, sales strategy expert Evgeny Goryansky, and business coach Vladimir Dimitriadis.
But it's not just the professional program that's attracting attention. For the first time, a Housing Parade will be held, with participants marching from the PLAZA GARDEN Hotel to the main venue. At the Hermes monument, spectators will be treated to a live performance of classical melodies, which will conclude with a ceremonial ribbon cutting.
Particular attention should be paid to the Anniversary Evening, which will be dedicated to Director's Day on October 16. Congratulations and professional networking are expected to be complemented by an engaging cultural program.
And finally, on October 18, the CREDO-2023 National Award in Construction, Real Estate, and Mortgage will be presented in the majestic ARBAT HALL.
