From October 21 to 25, the largest business event of the real estate market will be held in Moscow, in the International Trade Center on Krasnopresnenskaya Embankment, 12. About 10,000 participants are expected – industry professionals from more than 80 regions of Russia and several foreign countries. The event includes more than 800 speakers, 350 business and cultural events, as well as an exhibition with 150 exhibitors. The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation supports this event. We invite market representatives to take part in the most significant event of this autumn.
The congress traditionally brings together specialists of various professions related to real estate. About 50% of the participants are heads of real estate companies, more than 32% are developers, as well as a significant number of IT companies and aggregators. Among the participants there will also be representatives of banks, government agencies, consulting, insurance, legal and investment companies.
Over the course of five days, events will cover all aspects of the real estate market: new buildings, suburban and luxury properties, commercial real estate, mortgages, marketing, security, technology, management, HR, investments and much more. The program includes new sections, such as Flipping, as well as popular areas presented at the previous Congress in Sirius - Land and Development. A total of 23 thematic lines of the business program are provided.
The main theme of the International Housing Congress 2024 will be LOVE – for the profession, clients, colleagues, self-development, learning and life. This theme will run like a red thread through the entire business program and will be reflected in the formats of speeches and cultural events.
The main speaker of the Congress will be international business coach Vladislav Bermuda. Among the special guests are negotiation expert Igor Ryzov and developer, specialist in commercial real estate Marat Manasyan.
Innovative networking formats, such as “Business Speed Dating”, adapted from the popular Speed Dating format, and a “Mafia” tournament, will turn business meetings into an exciting activity.
The Congress program includes the most pressing issues: how to sell services in difficult conditions, work with difficult clients, take into account changes in legislation, manage a business and train personnel. Particular attention will be paid to development products, trends in territorial development, risk management, urban planning and other key issues.
The Congress will include the presentation of the International Real Estate, Construction and Mortgage Award CREDO-2024. The awards will be presented in a ceremonial setting by the famous theater and film actor Dmitry Dyuzhev.
Guests will also enjoy a rich cultural program: an anniversary evening in French style, a Housing Parade, an Autumn Marathon, a chess tournament with invited stars, and the final Grand Party with a performance by the legendary rock band Uma2rman.
