The chef of the Manul restaurant, inspired by Altai, enthusiastically embodies the entire cultural heritage of the local residents of this rich six-mountain region in his signature menu.

At the opening and closing of the week (April 11 and 19), as a treat and gesture of hospitality, “Legends of Altai” tinctures were served.
