At TUTTO BENE, chef Ernesto de Marco has introduced a new breakfast menu, combining the Italian tradition of colazione with the favourite dishes of Moscow residents.
The offer is varied, and it is easy to find a position to your taste. For example, there are two types of croissants - classic (350₽) and with custard cream (400₽), ravioli with cherries and mascarpone (550₽), syrniki with wild berries and homemade cherry jam (950₽).
It is also worth trying something from the meat gastronomy: from mortadella to salami Milano (500₽), or give preference to the Neapolitan poached egg according to the recipe of Ernesto de Marco's grandmother (750₽), an omelette with crab and cheese mousse (1850₽) or shakshuka for two from a wood-fired oven (950₽).
In addition, the menu includes brioche with shrimp and prunes (850₽) and a club sandwich with a homemade brioche base (850₽), and those who prefer porridge are offered one of three options - oatmeal (450₽), five grains (450₽), rice (450₽), each of which is prepared with one of the types of milk - classic, almond, oat, pistachio or coconut.
You can complement the dishes to your taste with various toppings, and also order one of the many types of freshly squeezed juices, smoothies, coffee or a glass of prosecco to set the mood for the whole day.
Breakfast is served daily: on weekdays from 9:00 to 13:00, on weekends from 10:00 to 17:00.
