
Chef Viktor Shaidetsky presented his own version of the traditional Russian Easter cake. The recipe combines classic elements with Siberian accents: juicy dough with raisins, dried pear and cranberries instead of the usual candied fruits. The top of the Easter cake is covered with taiga honey and decorated with pine nuts and jam from young pine cones. The taste and appearance embody the generosity of Siberian nature during the spring awakening.
