May 9, 2022 is our last event. For this occasion, we have prepared a special program for you not only in our museum, but also in the Empire Lounge loft at a height of 239 meters. This year, the fireworks can be viewed from 3 different heights.
FIREWORKS AT THE MUSEUM
Daytime program (10:00 – 19:00):
- Tour at the beginning of every hour with access to the roof
- Favorite Soyuzmultfilm films in the museum's cinema hall and Matroskin the cat
During this time, you can enter the museum with any standard or family ticket.
Evening program:
Not many of us thought about the titanic work of architects in the post-war period. Nevertheless, it was these fighters of the invisible front who had to think through and implement the restoration of cities and literally pull their new appearance out from under the rubble during such a difficult period of history.
Architects not only preserved what little remained in the virtually destroyed cities, but also built new architectural monuments – symbols of peace, resilience and hope.
Thor, Blumenthal, Posokhin, Alabyan, Chechulin, Iofan - in our lecture we will talk about the most prominent representatives of post-war architecture of the USSR and their contribution to the restoration of cities in the period after the Great Patriotic War.

FIREWORKS AT THE EMPIRE LOUNGE
Art, which even during the war years did not cease to be important and valuable, helped the front-line soldiers maintain their steadfastness and faith in victory. Artists, musicians, writers - they became the connecting thread between the front and the rear.
On May 9, the Empire Lounge loft on the 58th floor will host a performance by the ensemble "Yar Song Theatre". They will perform wartime songs accompanied by video clips from documentaries and feature films dedicated to the Great Patriotic War.
