With care for all those observing Lent, TUTTO BENE chef Ernesto de Marco has developed a special menu.
The offer will allow you to add variety to your diet without violating the restrictions during this period.
As appetizers, the chef serves a salad with baked peppers and Jerusalem artichoke (750₽) and traditional Sicilian vegetable caponata (1050₽), reminiscent of a familiar ragù. The main courses at TUTTO BENE during Lent will be cavatelli pasta with chickpeas (850₽), delicate risotto with green peas and almonds (850₽), potatoes with champignons and bulgur (750₽), and a spicy broccoli steak with tomato concasse (1250₽). For dessert, there is a fresh, bright strawberry soup with yogurt and sorbet (1550₽).
The menu is valid from March 3 to April 20.
