Special cocktail "Tisulskaya Princess" (1300 rubles), inspired by the legend of the "sleeping beauty" who was found in a marble sarcophagus in Siberia in 1969. The drink is based on gin, green apple liqueur, homemade rhubarb syrup, citrus acids, rose petal tincture. The combination of earthy, floral and sweet and sour notes symbolizes an ancient mystery and eternal youth, and the rose on ice decorating the cocktail symbolizes the beauty of the princess.
