Restaurant "Geography" attracts guests with its unique combination of colonial architecture and modern cuisine, offering a journey through the gastronomic map of the world in the heart of the city. This establishment is decorated in an exquisite style, where every detail of the interior contributes to the creation of the atmosphere of an old scholar's office: from sapphire blinds to fireplaces and leather armchairs. Velvet sofas with carriage coupler and walls in bright shades complete this ensemble, and the walls are decorated with engravings from old botany textbooks.
The restaurant's lower level is made up of vaulted rooms, each with its own unique feature. One room is a stunning psychedelic jungle on silk wallpaper, while another, under an arched ceiling, is an ancient chamber, perfect for lovers of acoustics and echo.
The menu at Geography, designed by Chef Rajesh Thapliyal, offers dishes inspired by the countries where DoubleB coffee beans are sourced. The specialty menu features culinary delights that combine colonial essence with modern cooking techniques. Guests can enjoy Chicken Anticuchos from Peru with Corn, Vegetarian Tofu Curry from Indonesia, BBQ Pork Ribs from Brazil, and Shrimp and Scallop Dumplings from China.
The main menu features such exquisite dishes as a cold starter of dried duck and a rack of lamb with truffle potato écrase, each a work of culinary art.
