Lambic
On the first floor of the Embankment Tower (lobby, entrance B) a new and already thirteenth restaurant of the popular beer chain - Lambic Brasserie - has opened. The project's architect Anastasia Zemlyanskaya preserved the mood of other projects in the interior, making the new Lambic a reflection of the request of a Moscow-City resident.
The menu includes more than 200 varieties of Belgian beer and European cuisine. On weekdays from 9:00 to 12:00 there is a breakfast menu. And during lunch, from 12:00 to 16:00, there is a 20% discount on all items.
City residents and employees are offered to start their day with homemade croissants (80 RUR), pancakes with berries (450 RUR), sweet potato pancakes with guacamole and sour cream (450 RUR) or home-cured salmon with avocado and poached egg on potato waffles (480 RUR). For lunch or dinner, it is recommended to order the signature Lambic salad with sweet tomatoes and roast beef (850 RUR), fried Camembert with pear (920 RUR), beef brisket with orzo pasta and porcini mushrooms (790 RUR) or mussels in tom yum sauce (940 RUR).
The new Lambic Brasserie in the Embankment Tower is an atmospheric space with 90 seats and a VIP lounge for 8 people, where it is convenient to hold business breakfasts, meetings and negotiations.
"Soft transitions of shades correspond to the smooth movement of the visitor through the space. Smoky gray, wood, jute, saffron colors seem to envelop the guest, combinations of tiger wood, copper stone, honest concrete, and warm brass catch the eye, and the emphasis shifts to details, points of attraction: art objects and installations," Anastasia reveals the design concept.
The Lambic restaurant in Moscow-City is open on weekdays from 9:00 to 00:00, on weekends - from 12:00 to 00:00. The nearest metro stations are "Mezhdunarodnaya" and "Delovoy Tsentr". Guests by car can use free parking for 3 hours.
