Peach Restaurant

Peach is AgalarovRest’s flagship restaurant in Moscow, located on Bolshoy Savvinsky Lane within the “Moscow Silk” complex. The project is designed as a premium dining space offering panoramic views of the Savvinsky Embankment and Moscow City. The concept is based on a holistic experience: the cuisine, lighting, music, and interior materials work as a unified system, creating a cohesive and curated dining experience.

The format is designed for a variety of visit scenarios—from daytime visits to evening outings. The operating hours are adapted to the city’s rhythm, and the interior layout allows for the seamless integration of gastronomy, bar culture, and an events program without compromising quality. Peach is perceived not as a highly specialized restaurant, but as a versatile venue with a clear concept and a high level of execution.

Cuisine and Gastronomic Concept

Peach’s cuisine is built on European techniques with distinct Mediterranean and Asian accents. The key focus is on seafood and the raw bar, where the emphasis is on the quality and origin of the ingredients. The menu was developed by brand chef Kirill Berger and combines classic gastronomic solutions with contemporary presentation and precise work with textures.

An important part of the concept is the display case featuring fish and seafood, allowing guests to select their own ingredients for individual preparation. This enhances personalization and highlights the kitchen’s ingredient-focused approach. Alongside the seafood offerings, the menu includes meat dishes, featuring premium cuts, which ensures a well-balanced selection.

The menu includes:

• raw bar: crudo, ceviche, fish and seafood tartares
• dishes with gourmet accents, including truffles and caviar
• hot fish and seafood dishes
• meat dishes, including Wagyu
• pasta and sides with a modern European twist

The overall philosophy of the kitchen is based on precision in execution and control of flavor balance, without being overly elaborate or ostentatious.

Bar, Interior, and Format

The bar concept is integrated into the overall project structure. Under the guidance of Evgeny Maximov, a menu of signature cocktails has been developed using modern techniques and unconventional ingredients. The wine selection includes premium wines and aged champagne, tailored to various consumption scenarios.

The interior was designed by Archpoint studio and is built on a combination of natural materials and architectural expressiveness. The design features marble, brass, wood, and leather, as well as accent lighting and art objects. The space is organized to maintain visual lightness despite a high density of details.

Peach also serves as a venue for events. It regularly hosts music nights, culinary collaborations, and Sunday brunches with a dedicated program. The summer terrace expands the seating capacity and strengthens the connection with the urban environment. The capacity of the halls allows for both intimate gatherings and large-scale events.

As a result, Peach is a well-balanced restaurant concept where gastronomy, the bar, the interior, and events are integrated into a unified concept with an emphasis on quality, ingredients, and a curated atmosphere.
