Restaurant Russian (Ruski) in Moscow City 85th floor

The first time was great! Excellent service and great live music, but the second time it was like we were at a funeral! The service was ok, the food was delicious, BUT the live music really let us down the second time! I doubt I'll come back here a third time!

Probably definitely worth going for the view, it's worth it, and it's quite tasty and there are many dishes at a reasonable price - especially the excellent borscht for 90 rubles), I was there twice and you could always sit by the window without a deposit, the staff is highly professional!

Four years later, from a project conceived in 2016 with traditional Russian cuisine for foreigners, the Ruski restaurant has turned into a tourist attraction for domestic tourists, where the main thing is not the food (although it can be tasty), but entertainment, such as Instagram selfies against the backdrop of a panorama of Moscow, songs and dances to Zhenya Belousov and drinking strong vodka drinks in a separate blue ice room. The attraction at 354 Exclusive Height turned out to be interesting, bright, but definitely not about gastronomy or Russian cuisine.

I came to your restaurant with my husband on 13.06.21 at about 20:00, from the plane, I live nearby and wanted to have dinner. It all started with the fact that the waitress, as she introduced herself (she was without a badge in a blue uniform) Oksana was simply rude from the doorway and in a commanding tone told us to wait for the hostess until she deigned to invite her! They offered a table with a deposit of 20 thousand, to which we agreed. But ... a hostess of Caucasian appearance came up, introduced herself as something like Mukhabat (I could be wrong) and in a rude tone said that I was in sportswear (I was wearing casual) and we were denied service!!! Although my clothes on the plane cannot be an evening dress a priori! In the end, I lost an hour on your restaurant, my husband and I left nervous and hungry! A call to the hotline did not give anything, I spoke with a certain Alexey. It seems that the establishment is completely out of control and the staff does whatever they think is necessary!!! I will never come again and will not recommend it to friends. I will also leave a review on all Internet sites! I have encountered such astonishing rudeness for the first time. Some kind of service behaves as if they are the masters of life here. With such an attitude of your service staff, you can probably put up with it only in a teahouse! The impression is terrible, I do not understand how this is even possible in such a decent establishment!

An incredibly unpleasant atmosphere. I didn't like it at all. The location is ideal, but the service, alas, is not even lame, but completely numb!!! And the quality of the prepared dishes leaves much to be desired. I will definitely not come again and will not recommend anyone

It's very sad that in an establishment of this class, the service is so bad. It all started with the fact that we booked a table over the phone and asked for a table by the window, to which we were told that there would be an artist performing from 9 pm and there would be a deposit of 40 thousand rubles, to which we said that we wanted to come from 7 to 9, and we were told no problem, there would be no deposit. Today we came to a restaurant, and from the doorway they left us sitting at the bar to wait, although it was unclear how long and for what. Then they took us and sat us at a table near the wall, not only not near the windows, but it was completely unclear where. Naturally, we asked why, since we asked for a table near the window. And they told us that all these tables have a deposit from 17:00. We said that the girl on the phone didn't warn us about this, why is that. To which the administrator said that she would now listen to our call and return to us. But there was no trace of her, and she never came to us. We stayed in this place, she wanted to spoil the evening already. Then the waitress didn’t put anything on the table or offer the bar menu, well, that’s a small thing, she could have simply forgotten. Then, when choosing dishes, seeing that there was a hitch and I didn’t know what to choose, the waiter simply didn’t even offer any options, well, they should have at least suggested something in such a situation. No one took away the dirty empty plates, no one changed the dirty cutlery or offered to do so. Administrators act as if everyone owes them something. For a restaurant of this class, the service is simply disgusting. Even in restaurants much lower in price, the service is much better, the staff is more friendly and attentive. The evening and the mood were ruined. The food is good, the drinks are good. An establishment you don't want to visit again or recommend.

The restaurant did not please me, I give it 3 points.
