Shvili
Shvili is a Georgian bistro on the fifth floor of Afimall, transporting guests from the glass atrium directly to a warm Tbilisi courtyard, but with the style of a trendy Parisian bistro. The light interior combines natural wood, exposed tiles, and bright textile accents; green plants and a display of baked goods evoke cozy street cafes. An open kitchen with a brazier allows you to watch the chefs, led by Chef Lika Mardaleishvili, transform simple ingredients into flavorful dishes, while the friendly staff helps you navigate the traditions of the Georgian feast.
The menu offers a culinary tour of Georgia's regions. Appetizers include spinach and bean pkhali, ajapsandali, and gebzhalia; hot dishes include beef chashushuli, succulent chakhokhbili, lobio in a pot, and the signature shashlik on skewers. Khinkali with broth and khachapuri in all variations—imeruli, megruli, and adjaruli—are also a must. Vegetarians are also welcome: salads with nut dressings, aromatic tandoor vegetables, fresh herbs, and cheeses. Homemade herb and berry lemonades, warming Georgian teas, and white and red wines from the vineyards of Kakheti are served with the meal; the bar menu also offers classic drinks.
Shvili caters to guests of all ages: every Saturday and Sunday, free master classes are held for children aged three to twelve while parents enjoy dinner. There's a special children's menu and a spacious play area. Regular customers enjoy a loyalty program. The restaurant is open from 10 a.m. until late evening, so you can come here for breakfast, a business lunch, a family dinner, or a quick grab-and-go of flavorful khachapuri.
