Moscow City, the business district of Russia's capital, continues its dynamic development, and within the next three years, it will boast 20 skyscrapers. One of these, "1 Tower," will surpass all currently existing skyscrapers in Europe at nearly 450 meters (107 floors), with floors 20 through 105 housing fully furnished private apartments (a total of 1,623). JSC Mosinzhproekt is developing the project. The building will meet the highest reliability and safety standards and be equipped with modern engineering systems.
Alongside this, construction is underway on three more high-rise towers of the Capital Towers residential complex, comprising 787 apartments with private access to the park through a gallery. The maximum living space per apartment will be 338 square meters. Panoramic windows and stunning views are complemented by a high level of service, comfort, and security, all while enjoying the privilege of living in the capital's rapidly developing business center.
