The design for the tower near the Bagration Bridge , with the working title "Palette," developed by Sergei Tchoban and SPICH, was reviewed and approved by representatives of the Architectural Council.

The composition reaches a height of 398.1 m out of a possible 400 m.

As Sergei Kuznetsov clarified, no structures were planned for the designated location, and the idea for the tower emerged recently.

Sergei Tchoban sees many similarities between the new composition and architecton (architectural and sculptural models in which the principles of Suprematism were used in the construction of volumetric spatial forms).

There are six elevators along the bridge's axis. The entire height is occupied by atriums. The highest part of the structure, on the roof, houses a restaurant with a terrace.

The fourth and fifth floors house a fitness center and a double-height swimming pool. Glass facades with numerous thin slats are designed to make the tower brighter than its neighbors. At night, the structure is illuminated with cool backlighting.

The new project was highly praised by the Architectural Council, whose representatives voiced the need to continue developing the public function and recommended providing a connection to the City from the staircases.
