In early June, inspectors from the OATI conducted scheduled inspections at the Federation Tower in the Moscow-City business center. During these inspections, they uncovered numerous violations of the imposed anti-epidemic restrictions. The administration now faces a fine of up to 300,000 rubles.
Authorized inspectors found that the business center failed to properly provide the necessary conditions for visitors and employees. Specifically, they identified issues with access to personal protective equipment, including disinfectants, and violations of social distancing rules. Ensuring the necessary conditions for compliance with anti-epidemic measures is the direct responsibility of the facility's management as a legal entity.
In accordance with current legislation, representatives of the business center's administration will be invited to the inspection office to sign a report. The fine will be agreed upon and approved based on the severity of the violation. During the inspection of the shopping arcade, more than thirty-five violations related to mask violations were identified. Each such violation will be subject to a separate report and a fine of 4,000 rubles.
The inspector reminded about the need to comply with the imposed restrictions and about possible fines, which for legal entities amount to up to 300 thousand rubles.
