Concrete work continues at the premium Capital Towers residential complex . As of early 2020, it has reached the 31st floor of the City Tower, the 27th floor of the River Tower, and the 28th floor of the Park Tower. Consequently, over the past year, the project has created more than 33,000 square meters of residential space and approximately 9,000 square meters of commercial space.
Along with the monolithic work, glassing of the twin towers continues. Work is progressing at the residential floor level. Therefore, the City Tower already has glazed façades on eight floors, while the River Tower and Park Tower have glazed façades on the fifth and sixth floors. Work on the underground parking garage is also ongoing. Interior partition work will begin on the River Tower in the near future.
Construction of all three towers in the project is scheduled to be completed by the end of this year, and owners will be able to receive the keys to their new apartments as early as 2021. The project is currently more than 50% complete.
Capital Towers consists of three identical towers with a total floor area of 233,100 square meters. Their architecture was designed by the bureau of Honored Moscow Builder S. Skuratov. The buildings are constructed in a minimalist style, using platinum glass and white steel for their glazing.
Capital Towers will have a total of 787 apartments, including penthouses. All apartments will be sold with a finished interior designed by Antonio Citterio.
The complex has a completely independent infrastructure, which includes offices, a retail area with numerous shops and restaurants, as well as a sports complex and a children's center.
The Capital Towers' underground levels will feature parking for 1,277 cars. The complex will also feature a private park with direct access to Krasnaya Presnya City Park.
