The Naberezhnaya Towers complex consists of three buildings of varying heights: 17, 27, and 59 stories. Underground and above-ground parking can accommodate over 1,300 vehicles. The new project aims to utilize part of the space between the two towers, enhancing the site's functionality and adding office space. According to the Telegram channel Property Insider, the facade design chosen by Vostok Construction Company closely resembles a typical office building. This has drawn criticism, saying it lacks uniqueness and is inconsistent with the building's "urban" status.

The additional space will not only generate stable income but also allow for more efficient land use. The new volume visually unifies the three buildings, creating a cohesive whole.
