A project to renovate the parking lot at the Naberezhnoy Towers complex in the Moscow City business center is under discussion. The plan is to create approximately 4,000 square meters of new space between the three buildings, currently occupied by a glass dome and parking garage.

Project Details
The Naberezhnaya Towers complex consists of three buildings of varying heights: 17, 27, and 59 stories. Underground and above-ground parking can accommodate over 1,300 vehicles. The new project aims to utilize part of the space between the two towers, enhancing the site's functionality and adding office space. According to the Telegram channel Property Insider, the facade design chosen by Vostok Construction Company closely resembles a typical office building. This has drawn criticism, saying it lacks uniqueness and is inconsistent with the building's "urban" status.

Significance and Challenges
The additional space will not only generate stable income but also allow for more efficient land use. The new volume visually unifies the three buildings, creating a cohesive whole.

However, questions remain:
-
It is not yet clear whether the project has received official approval and what stage it is currently in;
-
There is currently no information on visualizations or precise architectural solutions;
-
It is not yet clear how the engineering integration of the new building with the existing infrastructure will be resolved.
These factors will largely determine the project's implementation timeline and market perception.
