By 2035, the "Big City" project plans to build 5 million square meters of real estate. This announcement comes from specialists at Metrium, who emphasize the project's ambitions to create a modern residential and business space with unique architectural solutions and developed infrastructure. Oleg Kolchenko, one of the leading managers at Osnova Group, emphasizes the creation of an innovative environment using cutting-edge architectural approaches.
"Big City" encompasses significant areas across five Moscow districts, including Presnensky, Filevsky Park, Dorogomilovo, Khoroshevo-Mnevniki, and Khoroshevsky, with a total area of over 3,200 hectares. This is several times larger than the renowned Moscow International Business Center "Moscow City." Since the beginning of this year, 32 projects of various classifications have been launched, including luxury and business-class ones.

One example of an innovative approach to construction is the "Emotion" project by Kamen, a building shaped like stereometric origami. This structure is intended to become one of the new cluster's signature features. Svetlana Bardina of Summa Elements Group notes that the projects in "Big City" are aimed at creating a vertically oriented city, where the new 340-meter residential skyscraper, "Dau House," will be among the tallest buildings in Russia, enriched with diverse social infrastructure and unique landscape design elements.

The ecologically clean Khoroshevo-Mnevniki district makes it one of the most attractive locations in the project, where social infrastructure, including educational institutions, is actively developing. MR Group, led by Maria Litinetskaya, is focusing on creating private relaxation and work areas, such as lounges, coworking spaces, and libraries.
The project's development not only expands infrastructure but also transforms the urban landscape, creating new green spaces accessible to residents. Ruslan Syrtsov of Metrium emphasizes the project's current appeal to investors, especially in its early stages.
The "Big City" initiative, launched in 2016, continues to build on Moscow's tradition as a leader in construction, significantly increasing the volume of residential real estate commissioned under the national "Housing and Urban Environment" project.
