Aeon Development announced the upcoming start of construction on a new skyscraper complex. The project will be built in a distinctive eco-futuristic style and will cost the developer approximately 70,000,000,000 rubles.
An elite, premium-class complex will be built directly opposite the capital's iconic Moscow-City business center. According to preliminary estimates, five new skyscrapers, united by a common concept of eco-futurism, will rise to 180 meters (45-46 stories) on the 5.13-hectare site.
The developer plans to pay special attention to apartment layouts. Buyers will have over 50 unique interiors to choose from, from small studios to enormous five-room apartments. There will be exactly 20 penthouses: 8 with a ceiling height of 4.5 meters and 12 with a ceiling height of 6.1 meters.
