2019 concluded with a major deal between Metrika Investment and Renaissance Development, the Turkish developer building the Neva Towers mixed-use complex. Metrika Investment is a wholly owned subsidiary of Rossium and was created to manage and acquire premium real estate in the group's portfolio.
Thus, at the end of 2019, it became the owner of approximately 56,000 square meters in the Neva Towers mixed-use complex. However, the company itself, the developer, and the transaction consultant have not commented on this matter.
Back in the summer, Rossium successfully merged with the Region Group. As a result, Metrika Investment now manages the properties previously managed by Region. Therefore, the Mercedes-Benz Plaza business center, with a total area of 20,000 square meters, and the Art Gallery Business Park, formerly known as Kristall and with 64,000 square meters, are now also among its assets.
The company continues to acquire office space in Moscow City towers for leasing. To effectively manage its existing assets, Metrika Investment offered a top manager position to Elizaveta Golysheva, who accepted the offer and became head of the asset management and leasing department. Elizaveta Golysheva declined to comment.
