DOM.RF announced its decision to auction off seven of its own premises in the IQ-Quarter skyscraper, already dubbed the Government Tower. The lots range in size from 19.3 to 402.3 square meters, with a total floor area of over 1,000 square meters.
Each property will be sold separately at the online auction. The auction is scheduled for November 16, with bids being accepted until November 8. DOM.RF has already set starting prices, reporting them ranging from 15.3 million to 278 million rubles. The financial development institution also stated that it is prepared to provide buyers with a loan from DOM.RF Bank secured by the lots being purchased.
Today, six of these spaces are leased, housing restaurants and cafes. The multifunctional complex itself was completed back in 2017. Government agencies immediately recognized its merits and purchased vast areas within it, which, after the office towers were commissioned, were gradually occupied by various ministries. These included the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Communications, and the Ministry of Economic Development.
