According to the Moscow City Urban Development Policy and Construction Complex, the "Big City" area continues to develop at a rapid pace.

As a reminder, the total area of the modernized territory is 2,143 hectares, equivalent to 3,000 football fields, for which 42 projects have already been approved. More than 18,000,000 square meters of real estate will be built on this territory, of which 9,000,000 square meters will be residential. All new neighborhoods are being developed comprehensively, taking into account all necessary infrastructure components, taking into account their location and modern requirements.

A new school for 500 students has already opened at 34 Shelepikhinskaya Embankment, Building 8, which includes:

Transport accessibility
The Shelepikha transport hub is already operating, and the Moscow central diameter D1 Belorussko-Savelovsky and D4 Kievsko-Gorkovsky ground-level metro lines will pass through the Bolshoi City area.

The new Zvenigorodskaya metro station on the Rublevo-Arkhangelsk line, as well as 4 automobile, 2 railway, and 3 pedestrian bridges, are under construction.
