Skolkovo Realty regularly prepares reports on its analysis of the luxury real estate market, and recently published data on price dynamics for the summer of 2021 in Moscow City. According to these data, the cheapest apartments, just over 60 square meters, cost 30 million rubles, while the most expensive penthouse, over 2,000 square meters, was valued at 2.5 billion rubles.
Positive trends are being observed: demand for luxury real estate is growing, already exceeding 2018-2019 levels. At the same time, property prices in the Moscow City area are accelerating. Investors see residential and commercial space here as more promising than in other areas of the city. By comparison, growth in commercial real estate around the business center has increased by almost a quarter, while in other areas, growth has remained at 15-20%.
This dynamic is due to the economic recovery, the adaptation of businesses to new realities, and the commissioning of new facilities in the business center.Moscow and some other macroeconomic factors.
