Khabib Nurmagomedov recently opened his own fast food outlet in the Moscow-City "City of Capitals" multifunctional complex, called "M-eat by Khabib." Now he's planning to create a full-fledged chain: by early summer, he plans to open 14 more similar establishments in various districts of the capital. They offer customers special "Bradm-eat" dishes—steamed chicken, beef, and horse meat in buns with a variety of toppings. All meat is sourced from the former UFC champion's own meat factory.
Khabib's plans don't end there. By 2023, he wants to expand his network to 150 locations and enter the markets of Turkey, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and even the UAE.
A representative of M-it Group Franchising LLC explained that opening each location costs 2-3 million rubles. Therefore, in the initial stages of establishing the chain, investments in Khabib Nurmagomedov's new venture will amount to approximately 28-42 million rubles.
Experts assure that the venture should prove a profitable investment, and "M-eat by Khabib" products should be in demand. This is especially true given that the outstanding fighter already has similar experience – in addition to dozens of victories in the ring, he also opened a coffee shop in Makhachkala and a restaurant called "Papakha" in Moscow. According to Boris Matsa, Director of Retail Real Estate at Colliers, the success of the venture will be facilitated by Nurmagomedov's well-established personal brand and strong customer loyalty.
