Moscow authorities announced their decision to begin construction of the Park City multifunctional complex on Krasnopresnenskaya Embankment, which is the first phase of the Moscow International Business Center's Central Core . The technical documentation sets the maximum cost at 349 million rubles.
According to the developed design, the facility will have pedestrian areas with a total area of just over 6.6 square meters. Retail pavilions are also planned for these areas.
Today, Moscow City is unequivocally recognized as the largest urban development project implemented not only in Moscow but throughout Russia over the past 30 years. The total area of the Moscow International Business Center is approximately 60 hectares.
