MR Group announced the expansion of the new iCity 2 office complex in Moscow. The updated design increases the building's floor area by nearly 40,000 square meters, from 125,278 square meters to 163,850 square meters.
The complex was previously planned to house a hotel segment, but the developer decided to abandon this format in favor of expanding its business functions. Now, iCity 2 will be exclusively a business space, adapted to the modern requirements of corporate clients.
The project continues the tradition of the first iCity complex, combining innovative architectural solutions and high-tech infrastructure. The building is expected to provide comfortable conditions for companies to work and develop, including advanced engineering systems, a "smart building" concept, and collaboration zones.
Preparatory work is currently underway at the construction site, after which the active phase of construction will begin.
The iCity 2 project will become one of the largest office spaces in Moscow and will meet the growing demand for modern Class A workspaces.
