An ambitious high-rise construction project, located near the Moscow-City business district, was unveiled at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF).
On June 6, at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), a cooperation agreement was signed between the development company Strana Development Group and Alfa-Bank JSC to implement the project. This collaboration marked the beginning of the large-scale City-2 project, which will include impressive new skyscrapers and will be a significant addition to the existing business center.
"The signing of this agreement confirms our commitment to long-term partnership and development. Alfa-Bank has already provided financing with a total limit of up to 21.5 billion rubles for the acquisition of land for the construction of City-2 in Moscow," noted Alexander Gaidukov, CEO of Strana Development Group.
The City-2 project promises to be a unique architectural ensemble, comprising blocks of urban blocks ranging from four to seven stories tall, with landscaped courtyards and rooftops. Two high-rise residential towers of varying heights and designs will be connected by a six-story stylobate, giving the complex a harmonious and unified feel, according to the developer's press service.
An important part of the project will be landscaping, including the creation of an artificial pond with an embankment surrounded by a park. Cafés, restaurants, and shops are planned for the area, making it attractive to residents and visitors. A shopping center will be located beneath the pond, providing a convenient and modern shopping destination.
The complex's stylobate is planned to house a variety of amenities, from shops and supermarkets to cafes and restaurants, a food hall, and office space. A children's educational center will also be included, providing family comfort and convenience. The stylobate's roof will be adorned with greenery, creating an environmentally friendly and visually pleasing space.
Furthermore, the City-2 project incorporates modern energy-saving and environmental solutions, making it one of the most advanced and sustainable residential complexes in the capital. It is expected that this project will not only improve the urban landscape but also become a new architectural landmark for Moscow.
