Construction work on the iCITY skyscraper complex, part of the Moscow-City cluster, is ongoing daily. Experienced MR Group specialists are handling the monolithic construction. Renaissance Construction, a recognized European construction company, has assumed the general contractor's duties.
In buildings T2 and T1, work is being carried out on the sixth and fourth floors, respectively. Last month, at least 7,000 cubic meters of concrete arrived on site for the construction of the new buildings.
To date, the following have been fully completed:

excavation pit arrangement;

construction of a spacer system.
The Roads and Bridges company is currently constructing temporary access roads. Once they are fully completed, work will begin on the connection to the overpass. A passage to the fifth floor is planned for the next level.
The monolithic sections of the structure, occupying a vast area of the stylobate, reach up to the second floor. Landscape designers chose the building's roof to create a dramatic terrace. A unique translucent dome will be erected above it, connecting the public spaces of both buildings. Comfortable seating areas will be located directly on the terrace, providing excellent conditions for relaxation.
The creation of modern infrastructure for residents and guests is planned:

fitness center with a swimming pool;

beauty salons;

pharmacies;

service departments;

lounge area.
The total volume of commercial space located here will exceed 9,800 m².
M. Litinetskaya, the developer-managing partner of MR Group, clarifies: "The goals we've set can confidently be called ambitious. We're actively seeking ways to achieve the expected results on time. Work is proceeding at an intensive pace. Several hundred construction professionals are on site every day. The necessary materials are arriving without delay, allowing us to adhere to the planned schedule."
The iCITY complex has been allocated a 2-hectare site. Two towers of different heights are planned:

Time Tower, consisting of 61 floors, reaching a height of 257 m;

Space Tower, comprising 34 floors and a height of 141 m.
Several stations are located near the towers and are easily accessible on foot. The office center will have separate entrances and exits, allowing access to the Third Ring Road overpass from the underground parking garage. The underground parking garage has over 900 spaces and consists of five levels. Several underground routes will connect iCITY and Moscow City.
