In early 2020, experts conducted a thorough analysis of the number of current residential and office space listings in Moscow City. It was discovered that in January of this year, only 513 lots were still available for purchase in the MIBC skyscrapers, with the largest number of three-room apartments and suites. These apartments account for almost half of all listings, or 207 in total. This is explained by the high final prices of apartments, ranging from 35.4 million to 659.7 million rubles.
There are significantly fewer available two-bedroom lots. Only 168 remain on the primary market. The most affordable option will cost buyers 26.3 million rubles. The most expensive offer is priced at 235.6 million rubles.
Even fewer residential properties with more than four rooms are available. Only 75 such lots remain in Moscow City. The most prestigious offerings range in price from 71.1 million to 2,600 million rubles.
Offices in the Moscow International Business Center (MIBC) towers are no less in demand. Therefore, experts believe a shortage of office space may arise as early as the second quarter of 2020. Moreover, the shortage will be felt in both the purchase and rental markets.
Today, tenants can choose from approximately 3,000 office spaces to suit their needs. But if you're looking to buy an office, you'd better hurry, as the number has already been reduced to 1,000.
