A design for a new business center has been approved in Moscow for construction in the Big City district. The developer is Ecto Holding, owned by Yusuf Alekperov, the son of Vagit Alekperov, the founder of the oil company Lukoil. The complex is planned to be called the Shelepikha Business Center. It will be built at 2nd Magistralnaya Street, Building 7a, on a 0.55-hectare plot of land.

The business center will be an 11-story building with a total floor area of 18,000 square meters. The project is being developed by the Apex architectural firm and features distinctive architectural solutions. The main building, oval in shape with a relief façade, will be erected on a stepped stylobate. The complex will feature structural glazing and steel-colored panels, giving the building a modern and distinctive appearance.

The building's interior will be designed to meet business needs and create a comfortable environment for employees. The ground floor will house retail space, an entrance area, and a fitness center with a swimming pool. The second floor will house a cafeteria, while the third through eleventh floors will house office space. The complex will also feature a two-level underground parking garage.

The project has received a positive expert review and is already in the design phase. The opening of the Shelepikha business center will be a significant event for the Presnensky district, and its unique form and architectural design will complement the modern look of the Big City.
