Apollax Space, which has a network of service offices, has now decided to enter the Moscow-City submarket for the first time. It has leased space on the 40th floor of the Vostok skyscraper of the Federation Tower multifunctional complex , owned by the KNGK.
Apollax Space City covers 2,400 square meters. The company is allocating a third of the space to a build-to-suit format, while the remaining two-thirds will be divided into individual spaces with finished finishes, ready for tenants to move in and operate.
The company that leased its space to Apollax Space owns over 50,000 square meters of office space not only in Moscow but also in Krasnodar. Apollax Space, however, is no small player, managing over 20,000 square meters of office space located in various business districts of the capital.
