The Bagration shopping and pedestrian bridge, one of the first buildings in the Moscow International Business Center (MIBC ), will soon be joined by the Broker Bridge coworking space. The opening of the office, which will essentially become a highly specialized business club for commercial real estate professionals, is scheduled for February 17.
The coworking space offers a magnificent view of the Moskva River and the Moscow City towers, but it previously lacked plumbing or running water. A full-scale renovation and premium finishing cost 30 million rubles. This also included the installation of air conditioning and heating systems.
The Broker Bridge coworking space has 40 desks, each of which can be rented for any period, starting from just one day. The daily rate for a desk is 2,000 rubles, in line with the pricing policy of City coworking spaces. While the price hasn't been finalized yet, the organizers may introduce their own discount system.
The office on the Bagration Bridge promises to become the heart of the Rentier community and a unique venue bringing together the best specialists in commercial real estate. It is expected to regularly host a variety of industry events, networking and educational sessions, and more.
Rentier's plans also include establishing relationships with banks, IT companies, and HR agencies, as well as providing legal, security, and concierge services. Therefore, the project is truly unique, and Broker Bridge is likely to attract interest from City residents.
Experts believe the timing of the coworking space's opening is excellent, and its convenient location offers significant advantages. Currently, there are virtually no high-quality offices of this format left in the business center's skyscrapers or throughout the Central Administrative District. And with rents affordable, tenants should be found quickly. These tenants will likely be companies already established in Moscow City but facing the need to expand due to the opening of new projects.
