A new lot has been introduced to the commercial real estate market: a 1.25-hectare land plot located in close proximity to the Moscow-City business complex. It comprises three properties, located on the 2nd Krasnogvardeisky Proezd in the Kamushki microdistrict, from which residents have already been resettled. This asset represents a strategic opportunity for the development and implementation of a comprehensive residential and commercial construction project.
Information released by the press service of the City Property Department, which is part of the city's economic policy and property and land relations complex, indicates that the investor will be given the opportunity to construct a multifunctional complex up to 450 meters tall. The projected area will be approximately 281,000 square meters, of which approximately 232,000 square meters will be allocated for residential space, while the additional space will be designated for commercial uses, including office space, educational institutions, retail areas, and parking spaces.
The project documentation and implementation rights are also included in the proposal. Bids are open until April 15, and the auction itself is scheduled for April 18 and will be held on the Roseltorg platform. The starting price for the site is set at 13.5 billion rubles.
The land plot in question is part of the large-scale "City-2" development project, which envisages the creation of approximately two million square meters of real estate within the Kamushki microdistrict, located in the Presnensky district.
