As part of the strategic development of the Moscow region's business infrastructure, particularly within the prestigious Moscow-City business cluster, construction of two iCity office complexes with a total floor area of approximately 230,000 square meters is scheduled to begin in the initial stages of next year. This information was provided by Andrey Bochkarev, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Strategic Planning, Urban Development Policy, and Integrated Urban Infrastructure Development. Based on the principles of an innovative approach to design and construction, this project incorporates advanced technological solutions, such as biometric access systems, and is based on the concept of "smart architecture." This concept envisions the integration of high-tech engineering systems, fully automated building management, and increased energy efficiency.
The project will create over 14,000 jobs, with the distribution of jobs between the buildings planned as follows: up to 9,680 in the first building and up to 5,230 in the second. Additionally, approximately 350 employees are expected to be hired to operate and maintain the complex's commercial infrastructure.

According to preliminary data from the developer, the construction process for one of the facilities has reached 60% completion, with the main monolithic work completed, while the second facility is 80% complete, with façade panels installed, external engineering systems completed, and the final stages of thermal circuit work in progress.
The project has received high praise and support at the government level, including from Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, who particularly emphasized its contribution to creating new jobs and stimulating the city's economic development. Yuliana Knyazhevskaya, Chair of the Moscow Committee for Architecture and Urban Development, emphasized the project's significance for the further development of the Moscow-City business cluster as a key element of the city's economic structure.
The iCITY business center, located at 37 Shmitovsky Proezd in the Presnensky District, is a complex of two office buildings connected by a multifunctional stylobate, which includes parking for 949 cars and a summer garden with recreation and event areas. The project also includes the development of retail infrastructure, including food halls, cafes, restaurants, and specialized retail outlets, to ensure maximum comfort for residents and guests.
