Capital Group's Business Club network of service coworking spaces is expanding and preparing to open its second location in the OKO II business center, part of Moscow City. The chain's first office opened there in early 2020 and was immediately fully leased by Yandex. Its total area is 4,200 square meters, housing 830 workstations. Overall, Business Club represents a standalone business unit for the renowned developer.
The Business Club chain's new open-plan office space occupies 6,100 square meters and is designed for 1,250 employees. T+T Architects will design the office interior, incorporating both individual workstations and project teams. The space will be zoned using sound-absorbing upholstered furniture. The new office will also feature energy-efficient glass block panels, a signature feature of the chain's open-plan spaces. Highly sound-absorbing flooring and flooring will be used, ensuring maximum employee comfort.
Capital Group notes continued demand for its SaaS (Space as a Service) service. This is a comprehensive product in which Business Club independently handles the design, construction, and subsequent management of offices. According to the network's managing partner, Murad Damirov, thanks to its accumulated experience, the company can continue to expand its market presence in accordance with its previously established plans. In the near future, it plans to open another 30,000 square meters of coworking and smart offices in key Moscow locations.
