The new ASH project will open its doors this November in the lobby of the Embankment Tower , across from the Lambic beer establishment. Ash is the brainchild of restaurateur Armen Firjanov, known for his tacobar and Knorozov Bar on Pyatnitskaya Street.
Ash is a twist on Asia. Chef Dima Kishov uses smoking techniques and a variety of specialties in his dishes. The restaurant menu features a prominent BBQ section, where meats are served with various kimchi. The bar offers signature cocktails and a large wine selection.
