The new idea was conceived by Sergei Mironov, the capital's restaurant ombudsman and owner of the extensive "Meat & Fish" chain. This project combines "Russian fast food" with "luxury cheburechnye" restaurants.
Initially, five locations representing the Chebureshnaya chain will open in Moscow. The first of these will be located in Afimall, which is part of Moscow-City. Current prices for this establishment are:
-
Cheburek with a minimum price (fried cabbage and egg inside) – 140 rubles;
-
the most expensive options (for example, with Camembert and tomato jam) - 390 rubles.
They primarily feature unusual fillings, such as a combination of oyster mushrooms and tiger prawns with spinach. Sweet treats with apple and cherry fillings are also available (starting at 170 rubles). The remaining locations will be located in shopping mall food courts.
