OZON, one of the largest online retailers (one of the country's leading marketplaces), has leased over 6,000 square meters in the Federation Tower of Moscow-City . The SOK space, leased until mid-2024, is designed as a coworking space—an informal, freely configurable workspace. It comprises two levels of "SOK City" with virtually autonomous internal infrastructure, ensuring maximum comfort for employees and management. Tenants can enjoy a wide range of additional services, including a café, fitness center, ATMs, and a shared reception area.
At the end of 2020, OZON successfully raised over $1.2 billion through IPOs on the Moscow and American stock exchanges. The need for new premises was driven by the company's dynamic growth and increasing online sales. The retailer's product range now exceeds 10 million SKUs across 20 different categories.
