An ambitious construction project, dubbed "City-2," will soon begin in close proximity to the Moscow-City business district. This project, which Pavel Tyo, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Capital Group, described in an interview with Vedomosti, envisions the construction of approximately 2 million square meters of new real estate. Capital Group plays a leading role in managing this venture.
The City-2 project involves the development and exploitation of 11 land plots. It is planned that some of these plots will be retained by Capital Group, others will be offered on the market, and the remainder will be developed through collaboration with partners.
"City-2" was originally conceived as a development project for a portion of the Kamushki microdistrict, including block 804. In 2020, a specialized company was created to implement this plan, initiated by the Moscow City Hall and Capital Group. The project envisions the construction of several high-rise buildings, the tallest of which could reach 400 meters.
It's also worth noting that the Telegram channel "Stroyki — i tochka" recently published detailed renderings of "City-2" and the similar "City-Sever" project, both of which are being developed under the auspices of Capital Group.
