Knight Frank experts have calculated that, if all projects are completed on schedule, the number of vacant street retail spaces in the Moscow International Business Center (MIBC) skyscrapers will increase by 27,300 square meters by 2023.
Thus, if all planned projects are implemented, the total volume of such supply will be 88,300 sq. m, i.e. the overall increase could be 31%.
By mid-2021, the total supply of street retail space in the business center reached 61,000 square meters. Almost 55% of this is located in three of the 14 multifunctional complexes located within the Moscow International Business Center, excluding the Afimall shopping and entertainment center: Federation Tower , Evolution , and Capital City .
