The project is the brainchild of renowned restaurateurs Alexander and Alexey Vasilchuk. The new restaurant will occupy the site of the previously closed Birds restaurant.

Krysha in Moscow will be part of the Restart Vasilchuk Brothers restaurant holding, behind many successful restaurants including Chaikhona No. 1, GRAPE, and OBED BUFET. The new restaurant will continue their legacy of vibrant visual style and high-level service while offering a fresh new concept.

Located over 300 meters above sea level, the restaurant offers panoramic views of Moscow, from the city's business center to its historic districts. According to the restaurant's founders, the restaurant will focus on contemporary cuisine and create an atmosphere for evening gatherings that blends urban elegance with a relaxed vibe.

Previously, the site housed the iconic Birds restaurant, renowned for its sky-high dining and evening performances. However, in April of this year, the project officially ceased operations, ushering in a new phase in the development of this unique space atop Moscow City.
The specific opening date for Krysha Restaurant has not yet been announced, but preliminary data suggests it will open in summer 2025. You can follow announcements on the official pages of the holding company and project partners.
