The internet is buzzing with bold concepts for a new architectural masterpiece—a skyscraper shaped like a giant ring, which could replace the unfinished One Tower . Construction of this tower was previously expected to be completed by 2025, but after the project was put on hold and the developer changed, significant changes have begun to be made to the plans.
According to architectural sources, the new tower could reach a height of 415 meters, slightly shorter than the original design by renowned architectural firm Sergei Skuratov. However, the proposed structure's design appears significantly more daring. Some observers compare it to a pair of boots or even a "loop-the-loop."
The question raised by the Telegram channel "Dvizh Pro Nedvizh" (Moscow Real Estate), "Is this Moscow or Dubai?", remains relevant, as the famous Mercury Tower can be seen in the background. However, despite this, many find it difficult to believe that such an extravagant structure could appear in the Russian capital. Rumors suggest that Sergei Kuznetsov, Moscow's chief architect, has been enlisted to create the tower's new look. Everyone is eagerly awaiting the updated project, which has already been dubbed "Moscow's ideal," associating it with Kuznetsov's other famous works.
