Second place went to an eight-room lot with a total area of 335 square meters. It is valued at 164 million rubles. The enormous apartment is located on the 39th floor of one of the buildings in the Capital Tower residential complex.
A respectable third place goes to a 306-square-meter apartment in the "Cherry Orchard" residential complex in Ramenki. Its price is 181 million rubles.
As for other real estate categories, the largest villa in the capital is recognized as one of several in the "Bereg Stolitsy" residential complex, located within the protected area of Serebryany Bor. The villa has six bedrooms and six bathrooms, and its floor area is 702 square meters.
Among the mortgage offers, the largest apartment was in the Ordynka residential complex. It measures 295 square meters and will be fully owned by the new owner for 350 million rubles.
The largest number of large lots (over 150 square meters) are found in the central district—in Khamovniki and the Presnensky district. Ramenki leads the other districts. Thus, the central and western administrative districts account for approximately 84% of housing in this category.
Last year, the largest apartment in Moscow was a penthouse located on the top floors of one of the Moscow City skyscrapers. It features not only a residential area but also a separate business block, which consists of offices and separate meeting rooms. The entire space occupies 2,100 square meters.
