At the end of July, the 2D400 water pipeline, which was under construction near 1905 Street in the Central Administrative District, was commissioned. This made it possible to fully cover the water needs of the Moscow City skyscrapers under construction, specifically One Tower, Grand Tower, and the future complex planned for construction on site No. 20.
Sergey Levkin explained that the construction of this engineering project was financed by Moscow's Targeted Investment Program. At the same time, specialists from the Moscow Department of Urban Development Policy, headed by Sergey Levkin, served as the construction oversight body. This was made possible by the Comprehensive Improvement and Development Program for the City Center, which is part of the State Program "Urban Development Policy."
Incidentally, even at the opening of the new city square created on the territory of the Moscow International Business Center, Sergei Sobyanin was quick to point out that Moscow City is transforming from a group of multifunctional complexes into a wonderful public space, becoming increasingly popular among city residents and visitors.
