Second place went to a studio apartment in the premium new building "Sofiisky." The asking price for the 54.7 square meter lot is 40.3 million rubles. The building, located on Balchug Island, near the Kremlin, was completed a year ago, and was built by Transinvestconsulting.
A respectable third place went to a studio apartment in the new Red7 building on the Garden Ring. It occupies 54.2 square meters and is priced at 17.9 million rubles. The building is also considered a premium property , but is still under construction, with completion scheduled for 2022.
Fourth place among the largest studio apartments in the capital went to an apartment in Neva Towers, another Moscow City tower. A 51.6-square-meter studio is on sale for 25.2 million rubles. Developer Renaissance Construction promises to complete the multifunctional complex this year.
Fifth place went to a studio in the Tverskaya Residence. This luxury building near the Mayakovskaya metro station features a 50.6 square meter apartment. It's listed for 26.7 million rubles.
